BurnTec Dressing (4" x 4")
 
BurnTec Dressing is an easy to handle hydrogel applicable designed to treat first, second, and third-degree burns (thermal, chemical, and electrical). BurnTec Dressing can also be applied to Sunburns, Abrasions and skin irritations, Bruises and swelling from insect bites, and other skin injuries. Once applied the BurnTec hydrogel provides a cool, soothing effect for up to 24 hours.
 
The unique construction of the BurnTec Dressing creates a stable-sheeting hydrogel structure. The dressing is strengthened with a medical-quality non-woven fabric which improves ease of use. The improved stable structure allows better applicable of the hydrogel, whereas alternative methods could be spilled or damaged potentially reducing the amount of hydrogel to the burn area. Permeable to water and vapor, but impermeable to bacteria, the dressing is able to breathe without external contamination.
